Things We Never Got Over by Lucy Score

This book was amazing. The character development was very strong and something that really sucked me into the series. I loved the characters and really enjoyed every minute of reading this.

I will rank this a 8.5/10

Things We Hide From the Light by Lucy Score

This is another in the same series and again...so good!

I will give this one a 8/10.

Things We Left Behind by Lucy Score

The third book in this series and it was so good.

I will give this one an 8/10.

Where Sleeping Girls Lie by Faridah Àbíké-Íyímídé

This book was a surprise. I bought it for super cheap on a book sale rack thinking that it might be okay. It was really good. I loved the characters and the story really did suck you in and made you think about so many things. It was full of unexpected twists and turns throughout and was a very entertaining read.

I would rate this a 9/10

The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern

This book was not anything like what I expected. I love the carnival and this story intrigued me but ended in way that was really boring to be honest. I had a hard time finishing this one and the only thing that got me through was a new book that I wanted to read more.

A Promised Land by Barack Obama

This was amazing!! I am already working on reading through it a second time as I want to make sure that I absorb as much as I can. It is so inspirational and makes me want to go out and do great things.

I would rate this a 10/10 (something you won't often see from me!)
